कोटा चेप्टर ने 07 अप्रेल 24 को मीटिंग एवं स्नेहमिलन का आयोजन किया इसमें ज्यपुर से सोसायटी के अध्यक्ष एवं महामंत्री को आमंत्रित कर उनका स्वागत किया गया, साथ ही एक्स ग्रेसिया भुगतान एवं परिवार पेंशन 30% की दर से भुगतान करने का ICICI Bank से आग्रह के लिए 105 सदस्यों द्वारा रजिस्टर्ड पत्र भेजे गए।

A letter to MD&CEO ICICI Bank is sent over e-mail on 20-Dec-2023 for implementation of 100% DR neutralization w.e.f.01-Oct-2023 for Pre 01-November-2002 Retirees & Family Pensioners.

Letter to RBI on payment of 100% DR neutralization

Violation of terms of amalgamation by ICICI Bank Ltd. in respect of pensioners of e-Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. – Continuing. Our memorandum dated 02-03May-23 & further submissions S.No. 23/R03-R20 dated 12-May-2023, email remind of 14-Oct. 2023 mentioned herein.

भारत सरकार के वित्त सचिव को पेंशन अपडेटिंग, फेमिली पेंशन, 100% मंहगाई राहत एवं 07-12-23 को हुए समझौते के अनुसार एक्स-ग्रेशिया भुगतान के लिए तथा RBI के अनुसार पेंशन देने और 29-10-1993 के समझौते को पूर्णत: लागू करने के लिए आईसीआईसीआई बैंक को निर्देशित करने का आग्रह किया गया है।

07-फरवरी-24 को ICICI Bank को भेजा ईमेल

ICICI Bank को आईबीए का 07-फरवरी-24 को जारी मंहगाई भत्ते का परिपत्र ईमेल से भेजा जिसमें 16-अक्तूबर-23 के आईबीए के 100% DR के परिपत्र का उल्लेख करते हुए एक्स ग्रेशिया रुपये 800/- एवं 450/- प्रति माह देने का निर्देश किया गया है और फरवरी-24 से जुलाई-24 तक के DR दरों को बताया गया है।

K.V.Acharya, President AIBPARC Dear sir, While referring to the MOF order dated 5.10.2023 to IBA to convey the public sector banks to pay the effect of 100% DA neutralization to pre Nov 2002 retirees in October2023 itself, pending necessary amendments in pension regulations 1993/ 1995, we submit as under: -That these instructions are for public sector banks as the public sector banks are only covered under purview of MOF being final authority for PSU'S and their Board of Directors. - That for private sector banks, there remains no need for govt approval as per past practice only their Boars approve necessary amendments in pension settlements as per RBI/ Govt. -That as such IBA has to advice seperately all private sector banks which were parties to the original pension settlement dt 29.10.93 for making suitable amendments in pension regulations 1993/ 1995. - That if the concerned bank now has been merged or amalgamated with another bank, IBA will have to advice the same to this transferer bank like Icicibank ( for bank of Rajasthan Ltd) who is responsible for payment of pension to existing pensioners. Sir, your timely action and support will certainly will be allowing our pensioners for revised payments in the lines of Public sector banks. We are already facing difficulties in the matter of non implementation of enhanced family pension to ebor pensioners as IBA till date has not advised the same to Icicibank . We request for timely help and cooperation. Icici bank is having more than 1900 crores of rupees in pension fund , no fresh burden is there. Thanks and regards Narsingh Gupta, President, BORRSS.

Implementation of enhanced rate 30% for payment of Family Pension BORRSS Jaipur <gs@borrss.org> 18:56 (2 hours ago) to Dinesh, Sandhya, Sandeep.bakhshi, Narsingh, Om, Rs Dear Sir / Madam, We understand that payment of the enhanced rate of family pension at 30% of basic pay of deceased employees (pensioner) without ceiling approved by Government of India w.e.f. 01-April-2021 has been affected by all the Banks for their family pensioners but it is yet to be implemented by our Bank, Sir/ Madam, this is the improvement in the rate of family pension payable w.e.f. 01-April-2021 by all the banks who have introduced the pension scheme as agreed vide agreement signed on 29th October 1993, i.e., all the 58 banks party to the pension settlement. Bank of Rajasthan gave irrevocable authority to IBA for the Pension Scheme for its employees and every subsequent improvement in the scheme, rates etc, for instance, rate of dearness relief payable every six months, is applicable to the pensioners / family pensioners of BOR since the ICICI Bank having stepped into the shoes of eBOR as laid in the scheme of amalgamation the Bank is bound by all agreements entered and implemented by BOR as approved by RBI while passing the order of amalgamation. Therefore, we once again request you to implement the 30% uniform rate for payment of family pension immediately along with payment of arrears w.e.f. 01-April-2021 to all the family pensioners of the Bank as also being done by RBI for their family pensioners and our pension regulations are on RBI lines. सभी सदस्य आईसीआईसीआई बैंक को एक्स ग्रेसिया एवं फेमिली पेंशनर फेमिली पेंशन 30% भुगतान के लिए पहला रिमाइंडर ईमेल भेजे इसे प्राथमिकता दें। आज 06 मार्च 24 तक 200 साथियों ने ही रिमाइंडर ईमेल बेजे हैं चेप्टर अध्यक्ष एवं सचिव तथा कार्यकारिणी के सदस्य कृपया सभी से संपर्क कर रिमाइंडर ईमेल भिजवाएँ जिसका प्रारूप व्हाट्सप ग्रुप में डाला गया है।
